True 🩵Blue🩵 Goose!

I’ve had my eye on this big goose crochet pattern by Moontyasha for so long, and I finally treated myself to it! I had this really cool textured yarn that I wanted to use for it, and was afraid I wouldn’t have enough – but it turned out that one skein was enough to make not just a big goose, but also a small one!

I wanted to do something other than pink hearts because not everyone is a fan of pink, and I felt that blue was the perfect compliment to this gray colored yarn.

The use of these unique and discontinued yarns, of course, means that each of these geese – big and small – are quite unrepeatable! There will only ever be 2 big geese and 2 baby geese like these.

I want to share the True 🩵Blue🩵 Goose love! If you want one of these rare, lovely, cuddly, comfort creatures, check in my shop to see what is available!

A Little Boost of Serotonin

Long time no see, friends. I know I’ve been off the radar for a while. I’ve just been in a bit of a Crochet slump since I have so many ready-made pieces and nowhere to store any new ones until they sell.

A little something to boost my crochet energy

I decided to make a little something for a former student who recently shared the happy news that she is expecting a baby in the fall.

What’s better and a blankie?

Making this little elephant and this snuggly tiny blanket helped me over the crochet blues. I would love to get started making more things.

Perhaps I can squeeze more makes in somewhere.

Hey, maybe you can help! Hop on over to my shop to see if there is something you’d like to purchase 🙂

Both the elephant and blanket were free patterns that I found! Click the links to make them for yourself, if you’d like!

It’s a Horsey!

The pattern came from The Nicole Chase and it was so easy to follow.

I used the same chenille yarn that I used on the little moose snuggler I made earlier this year, so this little horse is super cuddly soft!

This was an easy pattern to follow, and I was able to complete it in about 6 hours!

Want one for yourself?

Check out my shop and have one made to order in the colors you want!

It can even be a unicorn 🦄 🙂

“We are Siamese if You Please”

So, I had this yarn – a huge ball of yarn – and it was brown, but I could tell that it also faded to a sort of buff/tan color. I originally was going to do a teddy bear with it. Then I realized that the colors would be perfect for Siamese kittens. And it worked! The dark bown faded naturally into the lighter color after I completed the feet and worked towards the rest of the body. And when I started making the head, it faded naturally to from light to dark. The ears and tail also came from the dark part of the yarn. They turned out so cute!

These are one-of-a-kind crochet kittens because this yarn is no longer available. If you’d like to own them, hop on over to my shop and get them before they are gone!
